SEEN Hub is open Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Operating hours may change during public holidays, Ramadan, maintenance, or special events.
SEEN Hub offers a variety of spaces, including single and double work booths, manager rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, VIP business lounges, group rooms, coworking areas, and event spaces.
Yes. SEEN Hub offers flexible options including Hourly Passes, Day Passes, Student Memberships, and Monthly Memberships, allowing you to choose an option that suits your working needs.
Bookings can be made through the official SEEN Hub website or an authorized booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for corporate clients.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a QR code or barcode for entry. Access credentials are personal and should not be shared or transferred to another person.
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for members and guests for business and educational use.
Yes. SEEN Hub provides spaces suitable for workshops, training sessions, seminars, meetings, presentations, and business events.
Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas. Outside catering requires prior approval from SEEN Hub Management, particularly for private events.
Professional or commercial photography, videography, filming, or media production requires prior written approval from SEEN Hub Management. Unauthorized commercial filming or photography may be stopped.
Yes. Printing and photocopying services are available for an additional fee
Yes, parking is available subject to availability. SEEN Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them.
