• Welcome to SEEN Hub

  By booking a workspace, purchasing a day pass, becoming a member, renting an event space, or attending an event at SEEN Hub, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through SEEN Hub's official website or authorized booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed (e.g., corporate clients).

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a QR code or barcode for entry.

  • Please keep your booking confirmation and QR code secure.

  
  

  2. Types of Events

  A. In-House Events (Hosted by SEEN Hub)

  • Organized and managed by SEEN Hub.

  • Registration and ticketing are handled by SEEN Hub.

  • SEEN Hub is responsible for event setup, content, and attendee experience.

  B. External Events (Hosted by External Organizers)

  • Companies or individuals may rent SEEN Hub's facilities for their own events.

  • SEEN Hub provides the venue and agreed facilities only.

  • External organizers are fully responsible for event content, attendee management, guest experience, and compliance with UAE laws.

  
  

  3. Cancellations & Refunds

  In-House Events

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event are non-refundable.
  • If SEEN Hub cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund or booking credit.

  External Events (Space Rentals)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.
  • Bookings cancelled due to violations of SEEN Hub policies or UAE law are not eligible for a refund.
  • SEEN Hub is not responsible for refunding tickets sold directly by external organisers.

  Workspace Bookings

  Hourly Bookings

  • Hourly workspace bookings are non-refundable.

  Daily Bookings

  • Cancellations within 1 hour of booking confirmation are eligible for an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations after 1 hour and within 4 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is available for cancellations made more than 4 hours after booking confirmation.

  Monthly Bookings

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the booking start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is available after the first 7 days.
  • Co-working Memberships

  Day Pass

  • Cancellations within 1 hour of booking confirmation are eligible for an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations after 1 hour and within 4 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is available for cancellations made more than 4 hours after booking confirmation.

  Hourly Co-working

  • Hourly co-working bookings are non-refundable.

  Monthly Membership

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the membership start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund is available after the first 7 days.
  
  

  4. Facilities & Services

  Reading Zone

  • Books are for on-site use only.

  • Books must be returned to their designated shelves after use.

  • Books may not be removed without prior management approval.

  Printing Services

  • Printing and photocopying services are available for an additional fee.

  • Printing illegal, offensive, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden.

  Lockers

  • Paid lockers are available for rent.

  • Users are responsible for securing their lockers.

  • SEEN Hub is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.

  
  

  5. Community Guidelines & Conduct

  • Respect all members, guests, and staff.

  • Maintain a professional and positive environment.

  • Disruptive, offensive, abusive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • SEEN Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships, bookings, or access without refund for violations.

  
  

  6. Liability

  • SEEN Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

  • External event organizers are fully responsible for attendee safety, event management, and legal compliance.

  • SEEN Hub's liability is limited to the services it directly provides.

  
  

  7. Companies & Corporate Clients

  • Corporate memberships and long-term agreements are governed by separate signed contracts.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to individual bookings, memberships, day passes, and public events.

  
  

  8. Changes to Terms

  • SEEN Hub may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will always be available on the official SEEN Hub website.

  • Continued use of SEEN Hub services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

  
  

  9. Access & Entry

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid booking confirmation, QR code, or active membership.

  • QR codes and access credentials are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

  • Lost or stolen QR codes should be reported immediately.

  • SEEN Hub reserves the right to refuse entry without a valid booking or for security reasons.

  
  

  10. Operating Hours

  • SEEN Hub operates during published business hours.

  • Members and guests must leave the premises before closing unless prior written approval has been granted.

  • Operating hours may change during public holidays, Ramadan, maintenance, or special events.

  
  

  11. Internet & Technology Usage

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for business and educational use.

  • Users must not use the network for illegal activities, hacking, copyright infringement, or distributing harmful content.

  • SEEN Hub is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers or technical issues.

  
  

  12. Food & Beverages

  • Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.

  • Please keep all areas clean after use.

  • Outside catering is allowed only with prior management approval for private events.

  
  

  13. Damage to Property

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to SEEN Hub property, furniture, equipment, books, meeting rooms, event spaces, or technology.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible individual or organization.

  
  

  14. Health & Safety

  • Follow all emergency procedures and staff instructions.

  • Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

  • Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Dangerous, illegal, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

  
  

  15. Photography & Media

  • SEEN Hub may capture photos or videos during in-house events for promotional purposes.

  • Guests who do not wish to appear should notify staff before the event.

  • External organizers must obtain attendee consent before recording or photographing their events.

  • Professional photography, commercial photography, videography, filming, or media production are not permitted anywhere within SEEN Hub unless prior written approval has been obtained from SEEN Hub Management.

  • SEEN Hub reserves the right to stop any unauthorized photography or videography taking place on the premises.

  
  

  16. Privacy & Data Protection

  • SEEN Hub collects only the information necessary for bookings, memberships, and event management.

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

  • Customer information will never be sold to third parties.

  
  

  17. Membership Policy

  • Membership benefits are available only to the registered member.

  • Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.

  • Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination.

  
  

  18. Workspace Usage

  • Meeting rooms, workspaces, and event spaces must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved booking time.

  • Additional time is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Furniture or equipment must not be moved without staff approval.

  
  

  19. Noise Policy

  • Maintain a professional noise level throughout the facility.

  • Keep phone calls brief in shared workspaces.

  • Private meetings, presentations, and discussions should take place in designated meeting rooms.

  • Workshops, training sessions, seminars, and events using microphones, speakers, or sound systems may take place at SEEN Hub during normal business hours. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, members and guests acknowledge that temporary noise or disturbance may occur during these activities.

  
  

  20. Parking

  • Parking is subject to availability.

  • SEEN Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

  
  

  21. Force Majeure

  • SEEN Hub shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, internet failures, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

  
  

  22. Intellectual Property

  • All SEEN Hub logos, branding, website content, graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of SEEN Hub.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

  
  

  23. Lost & Found

  • Lost items found on the premises will be retained for a limited period.

  • Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after the retention period.

  
  

  24. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

  
  

  25. Booking Time Extension & Additional Charges

  Automatic Booking Extension

  If the client remains in or continues to use the booked space beyond the confirmed booking end time, the booking will be automatically extended, subject to availability. Additional charges will automatically apply based on the applicable hourly rate and the extended duration. The client will be responsible for all charges incurred during the additional usage period.

  26. Internet Usage & Disclaimer

  SEEN Hub’s internet network is provided solely for work, research, study, and learning purposes. Users are fully responsible for their use of the network and for any content they access, download, or share.

  The network must not be used for any illegal, inappropriate, or unauthorized activities, or in violation of applicable UAE laws and regulations.

  SEEN Hub accepts no liability for any misuse or unauthorized activity by users and reserves the right to restrict or suspend internet access in case of misuse.
